All floor plans include interior walls, windows, doors, openings, penetrations, stairs, and attached decks with interior access. Additionally, exposed beams, skylights, built-ins, plumbing fixtures, equipment, HVAC registers and the like can be included as well. We work with each customer individually to tailor projects their needs. We deliver all files in formats specified by our clients. Clients can choose the method of delivery from CD-ROM or FTP to printed matter. We incorporate individual firms layering and naming standards as well.

Not only do we capture laser accurate measurements of architectural elements and features but we also capture their heights as well. We can deliver laser accurate 3-D measurements that will include ceiling heights, window head and sill heights, doors, roof slope and more. The deliverables are driven by you, the customer.

Do your customers need more information? Provide them with their own set of floorplans not only printed but available on the web as well.
